FONZ are thrilled to announce the launch of the MY25 Arthur 7 Series Electric Road-Scooter series. The Arthur 7 is not just another electric scooter; its cutting-edge design with eco-friendly technology is a retro revolution on wheels. With its classic styling and innovative tech, the 2025 model Arthur 7 electric-road scooter combines retro charm, with agile and practical handling for navigating busy city streets and exploring the city limits.

Team FONZ are one of the only female owned and operated vehicle businesses in Australia and design, build and ride electrifying 2-wheel machines for the future of mobility. Their multi-Award-Winning Automotive Product Designers have delivered two model lines with three on-market models.

“The Arthur 7 is more than just a machine; it’s a step towards a greener, more sustainable future. By embracing electric technology, we’re reducing our carbon footprint while delivering a product that meets the high-performance standards of today’s rider.

We’ve listened to what modern riders want—speed, style, reliability, and sustainability. The Arthur 7 is a direct response to the growing demand for electric motorcycles that can handle the challenges of real-world riding without sacrificing performance.

The new digital dash on the Arthur 7 isn’t just about modern design—it’s a crucial part of our commitment to rider safety. With real-time data on speed, battery life and performance stats, riders can stay fully aware of their environment, allowing them to make smarter decisions on the road,” FONZ CEO Michelle Nazzari told Driven Women Magazine.

The FONZ 2025 Model Arthur 7 is set to launch with three distinct powertrain options, including a moped, long-range model and a high-performance package tailored to suit your riding needs. Arthur 7 also introduces exceptional handling and safety with the introduction of dual channel ABS equipped brake system featuring 190mm front and rear hydraulic disc brakes and regenerative braking.

This fifth generation lineup sees all models equipped with an ultra-bright, sleek and circular 110mm flat-screen speedometer, boasting a vibrant full-colour, anti-glare display with dark and light mode, plus 1000 nits of brightness for clear visibility in any lighting condition. FONZ CEO Michelle Nazzari says the 2025 model release is the biggest facelift to the electric road-scooter series since Arthur was launched in 2019.

The 110mm circular flat screen dash displays a range of features including speed, odometer readings, tripmeter details, remaining range, dual powerpack displays, turn signal indicators, power and reverse mode display, current draw, Bluetooth-enabled tyre valves to display tyre pressure PSI on the dash.

The ARTHUR 7 series communication system activates one or two Powerpacks in single or parallel mode to manage ride performance, output and speed, with smooth power delivery even under hard acceleration. The result is a scooter capable of zero-to-50km/h in 3.2 seconds thanks to an increased motor output for Arthur 7 Performance model of 9.1kW, thrilling starting torque and linear acceleration from the Fonz MotoTech™ communication system. The base model Arthur 7 Moped has impressive torque and excellent hill-climbing ability reaching zero-to-50km/h in 5.2 seconds.

The Arthur 7 comes with a comprehensive three-year, 20,000-kilometre warranty, giving you confidence and peace of mind on every ride. The 12-month/5,000-kilometre service intervals come with a capped price of $225, ensuring clear and predictable costs. With FONZ dealers in all capital cities and service partners in many regional areas across Australia, FONZ Moto continually expanding our network to keep you covered wherever you ride.

“When I started FONZ, it was at a time when Tesla wasn’t yet a household name. To say we were early to market is an understatement. By default, I became the pioneer of the two-wheel electric space here in Australia. Most sane people would’ve given up and saved themselves. I kept pushing through it and today we are Australia’s leader in electric motorbikes and road-scooters here,” said FONZ CEO Michelle Nazzari.

FONZ HQ and their carbon-neutral micro-factory are headquartered within South-Sydney, a culturally rich and diverse place with strong community ties. FONZ practices ethical waste management to ensure waste material is diverted from landfills to recycling plants. This includes disassembling components to recycle rare earth materials (e.g. copper wiring from electric motors). FONZ Powerpacks are disassembled and battery cells are recycled or utilised in second life applications. FONZ minimises usage of packing material and reuses supplier packing material to protect during freight and extend usage.

The 2025 ARTHUR 7 series available for pre-orders in November 2024 for delivery from December 2024 with prices starting at $6,590 ride-away. Visit the FONZ Moto website for more information.
