Australians will soon be able to ‘Desk Drive’ the all-new Ford Puma

How do like the idea of test driving a new car without even leaving your home? Well Australians will soon be able to take the all-new Ford Puma for a ‘Desk Drive’ from the comfort and convenience of their own home as part of a number of initiatives to make shopping for a new vehicle simpler, easier and more transparent.

The award-winning all-new Ford Puma arrives in showrooms later this month, with the Desk Drive initiative coupled with introductory programs including drive-away pricing and incentives for in-person test drives at Ford dealerships across the country. The offers are designed to make buying simpler, easier and as straightforward as possible.

“The all-new Puma is a cutting edge, sharply designed and smartly packaged urban SUV that strengthens customer choice in Australia,” said Andrew Birkic, President and CEO, Ford Australia and New Zealand. “Making life even easier and simpler, these introductory offers show a new way of thinking, and we’ve worked with our dealer network to offer customers a straightforward, informative and effortless experience.”

The Ford Puma is a new-generation compact SUV sourced from Europe, crowned What Car? Car of the Year 2020 after a rigorous testing process. The Puma was praised for being, “fun to drive, cleverly packaged and well-priced”, with low running costs also a factor that contributed to the judges’ decision to award Puma 2020 COTY.
