FCA Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Jo Markham as Director of Aftersales to its executive leadership team, commencing on 22 October.
Beginning her career as an electrical engineer at General Motors (GM), Jo has over 23 years of automotive industry experience. Her career has been diverse working across Engineering, Product, Aftersales and most recently Customer Experience and Connectivity at GM Holden.
Reporting to FCA Australia’s Managing Director and CEO, Kevin Flynn, Jo’s remit will see her lead the Aftersales team focusing on service, customer care, parts and accessories, CRM, aftersales field management, technical training and warehouse operations.
Mr Flynn said delivering exceptional customer experience is a priority for FCA Australia.
“Jo will be a great addition to our leadership team. Her diverse career background and strong leadership comes at a very critical time for us as we are incredibly focused on enhancing our customer experience and satisfaction.
“I am confident Jo will help us exceed those goals and ultimately enhance and improve how we work with our customers,” said Mr Flynn.
Kevin himself has only recently been appointed to the role of Managing Director for the Australian operation, encompassing the Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Chrysler and Abarth brands.
